Y5 visit to St. Joseph's church

This week, Year 5 visited St. Joseph's church to learn about the Stations of the Cross. The Stations of the Cross is a form of prayer used traditionally in Lent. These Stations of the Cross introduce children to Jesus’ Passion, breaking it down into stages that they can reflect upon and remember.

 

Following their visit, the children had fun searching for Easter eggs in the grounds of the church.
